Key Organizer Cactus

I'm updating my review based on four weeks of use and my interaction with customer service. My initial review was unduly harsh and customer service responded (you can see it below) in such a classy, professional manner that I feel compelled to update it. I've had so many nightmares with cool looking products that take forever to ship, are wildly overpriced and have non existent or terrible customer service that I unfortunately took it out on Orbtikey. Not only did they acknowledge my issue, they immediately corrected it and made sure I was pleased and this was before I had written the review, I just didn't see the email or the updates. To the point, the leather is solid and matches the ad exactly. I've been asked by several people where I got it because it looks so cool. My only recommendation is to buy the larger capacity option, this one will easily fit two keys, and can probably get three, but many keys these days are wider than you might expect.
