Cascade Tote - Standard

I have 2 of your backpacks so I was thrilled to see you had this tote! I used it for the first time this past weekend and it exceeded my expectations on space and handling. My only complaint would be the shoulder strap. For the size and capacity of this bag, the should strap falls short. It's thin and the clips to attach to the bag aren't durable. I tried the shoulder strap and it cut into my shoulders so I didn't use it. The regular straps are fine for me to carry on my shoulder. I would like to see a car seatbelt type of should strap for this bag.

Traveled for the first time with my new pink luggage. I ended up having to check it and of course it was filthy dirty when I retrieved it. Cleaned up great with a little soap and water. 🎉🎉

As a flight crew member, our airline issues suitcases, but we can choose our own tote, as long as it is black. Another crew member showed me that she had this same tote. She really should be working for Portland gear because she explained that she loved it so much she gave Portland gear backpacks to everyone she knew in her family/friends group for holiday gifts. Once she showed me all the features of her tote, right down to the pull out key clip in the outside pocket, the ability to change the strap/band that can go around your extended suitcase handles, into a carrying pouch by just zipping the bottom of it, and of course the cool way you can open the whole thing up and see everything inside, I was sold. I couldn't get it fast enough. I'm the one selling these things to everybody, now! They are waterproof, & have as much room as my other tote - which appeared bigger on the outside & took up more space under seats on aircraft. They wipe clean, and, PG customer service is 100% there to back you up, should you have any issues. Get one! Will not regret it. (And, so far, it's tough enough to hold up to pro travel!)
