If you are contemplating purchasing from Japanese Green Tea Shops, do it. - Inventory range is expansive and fresh - local/online retailers can't compete. - Trustworthy, prompt and helpful: in email correspondence. I had requested a large amount of these sticks - Mr. Jeff informed me he would acquire the requested amount as soon as stores were open and ship it out the same day. - Lightning fast shipping: paying for EMS shipping is worth it (I would definitely follow the shop's advice and place an order of 10+ items to make the shipping cost worthwhile)...after placing the order last week, the items arrived at my doorstep today straight from Japan! In contrast, the first order I placed last month with standard shipping is still at sea. In hindsight, I wish I had sprung for the EMS shipping on my first purchase as well. Learned my lesson there. 5/5 would recommend this store and will be buying solely from JGTS for my family's coffee/tea needs.
