I Love these pans. I've watched cooking shows and now I know why their foods come out better. It's all in the pan. Other manufacturers scare you away with seasoning the pan. These pans came with directions, following the directions is all you need to do. Let the pans do the work. They use less heat under each pan, cook beautifully and clean up with little effort. PLUS they are healthier!

Wow is all I can say! We had purchased a Heritage Steel 10" skillet a few years ago and really liked it. We needed to upgrade a stainless set with plastic handles that were a wedding gift in the early 80's. This purchase was a safe bet. This set has exceeded our expectations. Fortunately, not much of a learning curve for us as we have used stainless steel for many years. Excellent product and very quick delivery.

Exceeds expectations

Got these to replace my non stick pans. Spend extra for longer lasting and tougher material. Surprisingly don’t need a lot of oil to cook and I mainly use them for bulk cooking specially proteins for 3-4 days. I got the wrong set delivered first and I wish things would have been handled better to make up for it but that doesn’t matter now.
