Great glasses and even better service

As someone who has only purchased Riedel and Glasvin, I am not a glass snob. I do however appreciate a well made glass and a SMB that's truly here to build trust and earn your loyalty. The first shipment arrived last month, I ordered the Tumblers, liberte and decanter during the wine berserker promo. I've been looking to try something different and this seemed like a fun deal to test it out. The stemless tumblers were well made (machine) and had a nice weight to them. The Decanter was really light to hold, to a point where I was worried Id crush it with my bare hands. The liberte were gorgeous. After putting them side by side the Glasvin and trying both out with a bottle of 2018 beausejour becot, I have a stronger preference for the Liberte. The reason is because it really opens up the smell without you diving your nose all the way in. The way its shaped, you can easily breathe in and smell the aroma and I'm my opinion its stronger than Glasvin's Obsession. In terms of weight, the obsession is slightly heavier. Liberte definitely feels more premium - as it should given the price point. That being said what made the entire experience was the service. Unfortunately a few tumblers, along with the liberte and decanter had some scratches/imperfection. One of the liberte also arrived broken which was surprising bc Chris packed them REALLY WELL. Another key difference from Glasvin (although kudos to glassvin they also replaced broken glasses). Chris went above and beyond to replace the glasses for me and everything arrived within 2 weeks. Are they perfect, no (for ex, 1-2 of the glasses feel a bit more rough on the lips) but the design, craftsmanship and service have been amazing. For that id be happy to buy and recommend these to others. Before I forget, I will say the Decanter while nice, would be even better if it had a stopper (or a recommendation on the site for where to buy a stopper). For someone like me where I'm not gonna finish a bottle of wine in 1 sitting, it sucks not being able to use the Decanter on a daily basis.
