I have yet to brew this, this time around but my past times brewing this have been a smash! Everyone loves the beer and their light and refreshing in the Arizona heat.

not bad

so far I've made the wheat and the grapefruit. Wheat was about as expected. I enjoyed it and so great. The grapefruit, while it wasn't bad, I would have liked a lot more of a grapefruit flavor. It sort of tastes like a hint of hint of grapefruit. It wasn't bad, just could have been better. I have yet to make the kolsch, as I'm waiting on another batch in my fermenter, but I suspect that should be fine since that's a pretty hard style to mess up
