Great over glasses

These glasses fit well over my progressives and are comfortable. I put them on 1-2 hours before bed. I haven’t noticed an improvement in my sleep but happy to give them a go for a while.

Blocking that blue light

I’m happy - it’s just remembering to wear them. I know it’s all good. The fit is good.

The best for me so far

I wear these all of the time from opening my eyes till I am ready for bed. As they are ones that fit over ordinary spectacles I can use them while working or reading, whether I am indoors or outdoors, with a hat to shade my eyes. I no longer suffer from continuous eye pain because of glare from light. I don’t go any where with out them. Thank you block blue light.
