Great on my overnight oats!

I purchased these when they first came out and were available here in Buffalo. Then i couldn’t find them! Ordered them so i would have them for my oats, or my fruit salads or my chickpea salad toppings. Also love the crackers with the salt.

I have been using this as a morning cereal with some fruit and almond milk. It's crunchy and a good day for me to start the day with protein that is so hard for me to find. Thanks for coming to Buffalo and sharing your great products with us.

Being from WNY originally I love to support hometown businesses. These seeds are so delicious (in yogurt, in salads, on their own), healthy and filling.
