Twilight Red Light Sleep Lamp

I recently started using this red light sleep lamp as part of my nighttime routine, and it’s been a simple but noticeable upgrade. The soft red glow creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere that feels much gentler than standard white lighting. Unlike bright overhead lights, it doesn’t strain the eyes or make you feel alert, which makes it ideal for winding down before bed. The adjustable brightness is also a nice feature, allowing you to keep the light dim for relaxation or slightly brighter for basic tasks. However, it’s not designed for focused work, and that’s something to keep in mind. That said, the lamp isn’t a complete solution on its own. If you’re still using your phone or laptop, blue light exposure can cancel out some of the benefits. Overall: 4.5/5 – a great addition to a healthier nighttime routine.

I love it ,its so good 3 straight of light, so good for reading in bed, its light and working very well, only the button is very sensitive and accidentally switching off when reading in the bad, but highly recommend,

We use this as a toilet night light for the kids. Has been great.
