As a former researcher into human lighting physiology this is my GOTO bed light. Our eyes hace evolved to see best at night in orange/amber and the ability to vary the light output and aim of this ligh means you can find just the amount you need and no more. Bright enough to read, or dimmed and pointed elsewhere to give just enough to navigate your bedroom . There is nothing cheap about the design. It is a quality and durable product.
