Great beer - could be easier to assemble

I had challenges assembling the electric brew kettle but once I did it helped make a great Mexican lager. Attaching the spigot to the brew kettle is a bit kluge given that there’s no hex nut on the inside of the spigot to grab hold of. The guys at Northern Brewery were very helpful in getting it attached properly. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.
