Best Backpack!

This backpack is the best backpack that I have owned. I usually like more of a tactical backpack or a laptop designed bag. I have viewed the Green Guru ones for a long time. It’s great to have a product that is made in the USA and also out of recycled materials. To me more companies should have a philosophy of reusing materials if possible in their products. I work in manufacturing and have a very long walk in every day. I needed a bag that can definitely handle the elements. This bag definitely does that. It may not have all the individual pockets but you can buy a drop in organizer. It holds my 17” laptop, lunch, drinks, tools and more. I have also been into biking for years and thought it was so cool to use recycled inter tubes for rain protection. The quality of the bag is amazing. Product seems awesome but customer service is null

Unfortunately I needed to return this item for another at GGG. It’s been almost a month, my return window is almost expired, and I have sent repeated requests for the necessary info to return this product. Zero communication. I’m left with a product I don’t want and my money with them.
