Admittedly a terrible rhyme for the review title but there's nothing terrible about this wine kit from WinExpert. It's straightforward in that you can't easily misinterpret the instructions. It's forgiving in that it can tolerate the odd deviation in temperature and, reassuringly it's sensory in that you can see and smell that the process is on the right track. I've made several batches with this kit each time yielding a dark wine with a pleasing depth of flavour. In context, I think this compares favourably with an £8- £12 bottle of shop bought. Houseguests will be as keen to reach for superlatives as they will be reaching for their glass.
