I have used this product only once. Your results may vary. The grain is rather finely ground with little husk material but very little flour. Lautering was not a problem. Brewhouse efficiency increased 20% over the average of my last three brews using regular pilsen malt. The yield was 31 PPG. The wort produced was as clear and bit lighter in color than is typical for me.
