A38 Juice yeast

I just got around to brewing day after Christmas. Took a little longer to get going, but once it got going appears all is good. The yeast has dropped time for 2nd dh, Another week or so, I’ll know if it makes a difference for my hazy daisy ipa.

NEIPA

This is a great yeast for brewing a small batch (3 gallon) NEIPA. Love the flavor profile that is created using this yeast.

Beers still fermenting

I can tell you it produced an aggressive fermentation. Likely to use it again for this IPA recipe
