I had hopes, but all of these foam mattresses seem to run hot. They simply retain too much of the body heat, and through this one cools off faster than others once you move to a different spot, for someone who tends to sleep in one place without moving too much, it still gets hot enough to wake me up. It IS very comfortable, otherwise.

I had high hopes for this cooling mattress cover, but have removed it due to becoming excessively hot. It is cool to the touch, but when you lie on it for a period of time, it becomes so warm, as it traps your body heat.
