I have been using this sober a couple weeks now The soap is not as drying as most soaps that I purchased that say organic and /or natural My first few showers I had to force myself out the shower because the aroma is calming and enlightening I could not smell it as much the past few days , till last night That is when my husband decided to use my soap and came in the room he smelled so good The cardamom is not too spicy the maker balanced it well with the sage
