Great Pigment

I generally test an eyeshadow without a Primer. I have some Hyperpigmentation around my eyes. If I can see color then I know this is to me a High Quality Product. This Color is so Pretty. I use it nearly everyday. Plus I like the fact I can just use a Finger if I am in a rush. Or not in a rush a Brush, then blend it out and I am ready to go.
