Best first anniversary meal

I ordered this for our first wedding anniversary. Smoked with a reverse sear to perfection. The flavor and tenderness was unmatched. I was a little concerned going with the red label over a higher grade, but it was the perfect blend of meat and fat marbling. 10/10 will definitely order again.

Vacation Tomahawk!!

We had several Australian wagyu steaks delivered to our vacation house in Breckenridge but this tomahawk was the main feature! Absolutely fantastic cut of beef. I was worried about the cooking temp but I nailed it (mostly luck as the rental didn’t have a thermometer). The 48oz version fed 3 grown men easily. I’ll 100% be buying this cut again!

Made this last Friday with 2 red label filet, I loved the tomahawk! Flavor was rich and delicious!
