Great for back/shoulder problems

I have scoliosis, and my shoulders are uneven and can't take much pressure- I had tried a few popular packs before this and all of them gave me back and/or shoulder pain. With this pack/vest harness, I was able to do the JMT with minimal pain. The wider straps of the vest harness are good for spreading out pressure, and the combination of the third point of attachment of the strap to the pack and the second chest strap worked really well to take weight off my shoulders. I also liked all the pockets on the vest harness, and having loose ends on the compression cords to tie things to.

The weight distribution, needs to be a bit firmer, the load slumps, causing the pack to carry in a ball on my back. I’m only carrying 20-25 lbs. And I find it’s complicated to adjust. I’ll keep packing it or I’ll add some stiffer support rods. Thanks for getting a replacement out to me. I’m going back on trail next week.
