Galbijjim

Made a quick Galbijjim (Korean braised short ribs). A bit thin for this purpose but that was the “quick” part. Took only an hour braise for the meat to fall off the bone. The flavor was amazing! They required a fair bit of cleaning prior to cooking but that’s pretty standard for this type of short rib. I’d definitely buy again.
