Gut4tify

I honestly don’t know if this does anything but I take it Twice a day along with the probiotic(1x day). Probiotic has been a game changer so I figured this might help along with it. I did try the prebiotic for a few weeks and my body did not like it. It filled my stomach with air and just made me bloated and full to the point I couldn’t eat. I probably have SIBO(self diagnosed) and that’s why my body reacted that way. Will continue to take gut4tify and probiotic. Got my mom on the probiotic too. She was having gut/bloating/constipation and probiotic has turned that around for her
