Excellent product and Support
Since 2020, I have been a satisfied user of Urban Worm Bags and have effectively managed my vegetable waste, eggshells, and shredded paper for the past six years. These bags have become an invaluable addition to my garden.
Recently, my drawstring broke, preventing me from tying a knot and forcing me to resort to creative methods to secure the bag. I considered purchasing the latest version, but it was out of stock, and only the full version was available. Since I already had the frame and only needed the new bag, I contacted customer support regarding its availability. They requested a photograph of the broken drawstring, which I found unnecessary since I was purchasing a new one. To my surprise, after two weeks, they shipped me a new one for free, despite my intention to pay for it.
Review of Version 2
The setup process for transferring the old bag was seamless, and I would like to highlight the improvements.
1. The previous model had a zipper only at the bottom. Initially, I struggled to achieve the desired moisture balance, and due to becoming wet, the zipper wore out after a few years and failed to close. Now, we have a velcro and a buckle, which is a significant improvement.
2. I used a bowl to harvest, and now the attachment itself serves as the harvest bowl, which is ingenious.
3. The drawstring knot was always challenging to make because the black stopper did not close on its own, requiring me to tie the knot close to the stopper. The new mechanism eliminates the need for a knot, as it has an integrated stopper.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. They really care about the product and taking care of their customers!
