The new design seems much better. I haven't harvested castings yet. This was a replacement bag for the last one that developed an unfunctional zipper. My worm seem very happy in their new environment. Thank you for great customer service and speedy delivery.

Love the redesign of the bottom

The non-zippered bottom design change to velcro is great. It is a lot easier to leave open or close. I am happy that I moved in my worms so easily and my worms are happy as well. No escapees. I hope to be producing new compost quickly. This is the best, easy system for a hobby gardener like me!
