Urban Worm Blanket

It’s nearly winter in So Cal. Unusually cold too. This blanket keeps my hard working wrigglers cozy and protected. They like to wiggle around the fine fibers and leave compost trails. The last two I had they were consuming it and made a big hole. I’ll be a returning customer indeed.

Great to put on top layer of worm bag

These work great at keeping moisture in and providing a layer of separation for insects. They last a good while before they eventually break down and become part of the compost.

Worms Love It!

This replaced the cardboard and newspaper I had covering the bin and the worms love it. The temperature also seems to be more consistent as well.
