Scarborough Fair

Add a little mild herb flavor to your favorite cheddar. Nice for a spread and some crackers. A true love of mine - parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.

Sage and Herb Cheddar

Excellent! When my family went to the store in the late 1960's they had the sage cheddar, which was also excellent as I recall. This flavor is also excellent, highly recommended. Goes great on a cheese plate, or just simply on crackers.
