Eureka!

What a great discovery on a drive off the beaten path through Plymouth Notch, VT. It's the cheddar cheese at Plymouth Cheese, original recipies and all. The people there are nice too! I will be ordering a variety of their cheddar cheeses for many years to come if I am fortunate, and also visit from time to time when I visit the Notch. Maybe I should just move there and be done with it. Thanks!
