Black Pudding - two 10 oz logs.

What a great way to start the day with something you dont normally get in the US. Love blood sausage and this was perfect

The ice packs were already thawed by the time my order got to me around 1830

The pudding was delivered and was completely unfrozen . I did refrigerate immediately as it arrived. Cooked it up the next morning and it was delicious. I was worried alil it may upset the tummy but it didnt 🙂
