Sleek, Small, Needs a bit more

I use this headset with my cell phone and desk phone together. An issue with that is getting use to being on the phone and trying to take another call on the other device. This doesn't affect my star rating but figured others would like to know. I haven't found a way to actually answer both devices at the same time even putting one on hold/mute. The sound quality is nice and I can actually hear a lot better than with my old headset. The Bluetooth range is a bit disappointing. I have used Bluetooth on other devices, left my phone on my desk, and answered when I was upstairs in my warehouse. This headset/base doesn't have anywhere near the same range. Because of this as well as there is feedback when on a call and unplugging the power and replugging it in takes that feedback away is why I am rating it 3 stars. Negative 1 for the range and another negative 1 for the feedback. Once I get the time to call support it may be a quick fix I can come back and update to 4 stars.

works great. fits well. I wear glasses, which was an original concern but all is well. Lightweight and comfortable. I can easily switch between r/l ears. It looks like it would be bulky, but it certainly doesn't feel that way. Haven't tried connecting with my mobile yet, just computer softphone. I can answer my softphone calls from the earpiece (which is really awesome!). Even a setting where if its on the charging stand, then I pick it up and place on my ear, it auto-answers the call. Pretty cool. However, the controller software will occasionally quit/close/die, in a manner where I can't tell/don't notice, thereby severing the connection with my softphone. So, on these occasions, my phone rings, I pick up the earpiece expecting to be able to answer the call... and nothing... That hasn't ticked me off enough to lower my star-rating... yet.
