It's great for noise cancellation, and, crisp and clear sound. I'm a remote worker and appreciate the overall quality and performance of this headset. I am experiencing some pain where the cups lay over my ears. I also have a lot of underlying health issues and it may be just that.

Great noise canceling headset

I work from home in a customer service role and take calls for eight hours a day. Also, I get too bored with the silence between calls, so I keep my TV on at a low volume, but loud enough that I can hear it. My two African grey parrots are mostly quiet, but they will whistle or call once in a while. No one has heard either my parrots whistling or the pickleball on my TV with this headset. My head never hurts at the end of the day when I take it off. The sidetone is useful for positioning the boom mic but I don’t use it during calls. The volume control is a little on the loud side, but if you turn it down to 2 for angry customers, you can still hear them and they aren’t too loud. The length of the cord is long enough that I can move around my room without needing to use a USB extension cord most of the time. There was a mistake with the shipping method, and Headset Advisor refunded me the $3.00 I asked for right away. This headset was worth the price. I recommend it if you work from home and don’t want to or are unable to use noise canceling software. I also recommend looking at Headset Advisor’s reviews on YouTube.

Great Headset with Great Functionality

I had started looking for headsets after an embarrassing call with a C level client. Having a home office is normal these days, but having distractions like leaf blowing machines isn't. While the client knew it wasn't my fault for the distraction, having this headset would have eliminated it altogether. I really like the intuitive design which is super easy to use and to figure out. I do wish their instruction were printed a little larger but that is my only complaint so far. Because I needed the noise cancelling for myself as well as my clients, the other three headsets I ordered from Amazon simply didn't cut it. This was before I had to do a lot of research about Sidetones and why I needed this feature. This is what led me to the Headset Advisor channel on Youtube, and ultimately to me buying a headset through their website. Although it took a little longer to receive it, it was still here fairly quickly. And it was packaged very well with very sturdy packaging unlike the others I ordered through Amazon. The headset was easy to setup and use, and I am very pleased with the results. I can hear myself (which was a deal killer for the other headsets I ordered from Amazon ~ all of which had to be returned) and I can also hear the audio from whomever I'm talking with as well as videos or audios I may be playing on the call. The headset is comfortable and I can barely tell it's there. I am used to wearing over the ear headphones for Zoom calls and other work I do, but these are very comfortable. If you're looking for a great headset at a very good price, I'm sure you will be pleased to own one of these.
