This is actually the sister of. I bought this as a gift for my sister and the microphone is poor, her voice comes in and out while other times not at all. I have tried calling customer support, email and using their website. . no help really. Customer support told go back to there Ai chat bot website that just take you in circles. Been left with no answer for over a week now.
