This was a fun brew. adding dried chipotle peppers to the secondary was something new for me. The porter itself is thick, smooth, rich and delicious. The peppers added the smokiness as well as some subtle heat at the end. Very nice. In addition, kudos to the brewers. I received the kit with a liquid yeast pouch pack that was inflated. After trading emails with the brewers, I proceeded with the brew. The inflation prevented me from "smashing" the internal packet until after actually opening the inflated packet. All got added. The brew worked great. Thanks for the guidance.
