2:47 marathon
Hi Ben, your plan worked great for me. I have taken my marathon time from 3:29 to 2:47. I spent a while increasing my base then proceeded to follow your plan, which was set up nice and simple, so easy to follow. Every Sunday I would go on Garmin create all my workouts for the week. This stops all thinking and leaves me to just get miles in. Thank you for the plan and all the content you upload. I will be returning to get that sub 2:45. Cheers

Marathon plan
I purchased a half marathon plan last year that took me to a PB, I loved it so much I just had to get the full marathon plan. First week nearly done and I’m loving every minute, it’s so easy and clear to use and there’s so much variety. I would definitely recommend!!
