Bought my third door. Super strong and good love the bugs out and the super large dog can go in and out.

easy to install, works like a charm

I had no problem installing this screen pet door. My cats in turn had no issues using it. From a 10 lb. cat to my 14 lb. one, there is no problem at all with the structure or durability of the pet door.

Directions which were included by using a QRC code incorrect

My husband spent all morning trying to install the dog door until I found a different set of directions on your website. That set worked okay, but the fasteners that secure the door to the screen door aren't holding very well. I purchased this same door several years ago and it held up until the extra support rod broke. So disappointed.
