Pete & Pedro Volumising Shampoo & Conditioner - 1st time customer - Will definitely be back!!

This is my 1st purchase of Pete & Pedro products - I also bought the Putty, Clay, Texture & Volume Powder & the Ball Tipped Vented Brush, and I’d have to say (genuinely), they’re all awesome! I’m an older guy (53) but love my grooming, shaving & fragrance products so the quality of my shampoo, conditioner & styling products are super important. I have a side part, quiff hairstyle, and I’ve had fine hair my whole life, so products that help add volume make a massive difference. The Volumising & Thickening Shampoo & Conditioner would have to be close to the best I’ve ever used. I also have to use hardly any - a small amount goes a long way and gives me a really good lather & washes out the styling product from my hair at the same time. One final comment. I’m an Aussie and live here. I accidentally ordered the wrong Conditioner so I contacted P&P customer service to see if they could help in any way. Not only did they respond super quickly but they provided me the Power Volumising & Strengthening Biotin Conditioner free of change, and even paid for the freight costs to have it delivered to me in Australia! I didn’t ask for this solution, it was just what they offered straight away. This really fantastic service and back up showed me how confident they are in their products, and that they genuinely appreciate customers. Absolutely sensational customer support and care! I’m definitely a P&P convert! Thanks again team, very grateful customer and will definitely be buying all of these products again soon. Take care.
