Realiy great substitute pasta

Love this stuff

I like this two ways: warm with spray butter and seasoning; warm with unsweetened almond milk and a sugar free sweetener. It doesn't taste like rice, but it does a great job of being a noodle substitute with low calories. The next thing I plan to try is adding it to a bowl of soup.
