Parsley - Dark Green Italian Giant seeds

Nothing happening.

I wanted to try and grow herbs indoors, hydroponically. I bought parsley, dill, chives, mint and rosemary. A fair amount of seeds were placed in nets with clay pebbles in water that is refreshed every 2-3 days. The jars are on a windowsill that receives a good amount of sun. After two weeks, this is all I have (see photo).

2 pkgs of approx. 550 seeds

Neither here nor there. One package contained slightly normal to normal sized seeds. The other package contained slightly normal to small sized seeds. Both packages struggled to meet the 550 quantity. I was tempted to count them.
