A comprehensive K guard resource

Mikey is clearly a deep thinker about what makes or breaks bjj technique. He breaks down each part with just the right amount of details and includes core concepts that are important for understanding the why as well as the how. There is so much in this instuctional and it's 100% money well spent for me. 5 Stars!
