Mikey goes into an amazing amount of detail in this video on how to finish foot locks. The instruction is top notch and he answers any questions you might have. I love how he connects the ankle lock, aoki lock and the caio terra foot lock together to make a complete system. This is the best resource available for footlocks.

Tremendous

There's not a ton of information available for butterfly ashi in the gi, this is one of the best sources. This system is simple and effective and I found that Mikey has improved as a communicator since some of his earlier instructionals.

Super dope system.

It’s an awesome, systematic approach. Extremely detailed but simple to apply into my game. Mikey is a solid teacher, everything he teaches here, he has used in competitions. Very highly recommended series!
