Another masterpiece instructional from Mikey. No detail was left behind, from grips, to framing, to rules of balancing. The consistency of his concepts show in all his instructionals, just with different contexts and guards.

Great details!

Very detailed instruction on framing and manipulating your opponent's base from the knee shield half guard position. I really like this series because it has shown me another way to attack from half guard rather than the traditional underhook/coyote guard etc.
