The title is exactly what it is - teaches you how to neutralize a lot of the common guards. We need volume 2! And a whole passing series!

Easy to game this

great systematic way of approaching guard passing- easy to break it apart and game it. Being able to work the parts of this makes this so much better than simply techniques to drill. It's more of a framework to use for guard passing.

Awesome details

I was struggling passing guard against brown and black belts, but after watching this video, I am having way more success. The emphasis on creating safety within the guard before passing has completely changed my mindset.
