My go to beer

I have brewed the Atlantico Mexican Lager a few times now and it never disappoints. I have also brewed it with White Labs Brewzyme and White Labs clarity ferm as well as not using those two products and it always turns out solid. Can I tell a major difference when I use the White Lab products vs when I didn’t, the answer is no, but again this is one of my favorite beers I have brewed. I have to get some more kits as Cinco De Mayo is quickly approaching and I have to have a few kegs on standby. Salud!
