Gorgeous salt goblet and extraordinary customer service!
I bought a pink salt goblet for my BFF for Christmas…. (Shhhh). We were in the shoppe a few weeks ago when she spied it. This is one of my favorite destinations in Portland! The team here is so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic conversation with… (I am dreadful at remembering names)… needless to say anyone we have encountered has been fantastic!!! It’s a true culinary experience and for salt lovers one that should NOT be missed. As a Southeaster I am so very happy to now have the Hawthorne location. I can nestle it in between my Powell’s visit and some yummy lunch. I found two cookbooks I was planning on buying for a friend about salt. Both days were yummy perfection. Can’t wait to give the salt goblet as a gift! The cookbooks were a hit!

Poor packaging
I am disappointed with the product packaging. I was an out of town guest. Knowing that this product might be fragile I bought it anyway hoping that the store would have more suitable packaging. All I was given was tissue paper to wrap it up in. Well, the salt glass broke in transit. I am unhappy with having spent 17 plus dollars for a gift that broke. I’d like a refund or another one sent to me please.
