Bitterman's Espresso Flake Salt

From cookies to steak, we are really enjoying this wonderful salt from our favorite salt store!

Salted espresso. Yes please

Pinch of this in your coffee enhances the flavor and cuts any bitterness. I normally added a pinch of salt to coffee and this is even better. This stuff is also fantastic with cheese and on steaks.

Tried others, but this is THE BEST

So good. Great on steak and vegetables, but my favorite way to use this is to sprinkle it on brownies before they bake. Unbelievable. If you use a mix, use coffee instead of water -- you will be in heaven.
