Excellent for baking and cooking. I only use the best ingredients when I’m in the kitchen, and bitterman’s salt is my go to.

I like ordering salts from the Meadow. This order, as with other ones, was missing an item. The mystery salt was not included in the box. Anyway, I like the different kinds of salts to choose from.
