We were recently introduced to this salt by out of state friends. They recommended it and we tried it. The flavor is very nice. It is intense so we use much less than a normal brand of finely ground table salt. We have used it on entrees, soups and stews both in preparation as well as at the table. We are very pleased and highly recommend it.
