Missing Bucket Lids

My first order was fine. I worked with Jordan to ship my order to the local FedEx where I unboxed it and left the broken down boxes, so it was easier for me to handle. My second order was a different story. Again working with Jordan I hoped to minimized the number of buckets down to 7. My shipment came in three boxes, arriving with 3 buckets in two boxes and a large third box with one bucket about a third of my order thrown loosely in the box.. All of the seven buckets were 3/4 full and none of the seven buckets had a lid. When I packed the loose packages they fit in the seven bucket, so I am missing seven lids and I can't stack my order. I tried calling Jordan and left two messages over the last two days, but maybe he's on vacation because it's unusual that he hasn't responded. I haven't noticed any damaged packets with this haphazard packaging. I would appreciate some followup. Dan

To be fair, I have never tried the products, but the customer service was top notch and the reviews speak for themselves.
