We are extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. A couple months back our facility realized we may have initially miscalculated our emergency supply. Since then i was able to quickly get in touch with a sales rep who helped us figure out exactly how many more buckets and of which type we needed to bring us up to par. He was even kind enough to make us several estimates with different discounts (depending on quantity) and help quite a bit with the price since it was a bulk order. You can buy these off amazon but if you are buying 5 or more i would highly recommend contacting them directly. Their customer service and sales team are very nice and I'm sure you will not be disappointed!
