I gave this as the title because I am relieved that I have food to fall back on during an emergency. Valley has been a pleasure to work with, especially Jason. I look forward to purchasing more with Valley in the future. I chose Valley because of the good reviews and the pricing. I recommend Valley to anyone looking for long term food storage.

Customer service did a good job in responding to email requests for delivery dates, as the delivery took much longer than originally communicated. Kits arrived as expected and look forward to following up with fries on how meals taste.

Very pleased with my first Valley Food Storage experience!

Given the size of the purchase we made, I was astounded at the speed of the delivery. Buckets are a good size, stack easily and are not too heavy to be able to move around as needed. My only real gripe is that there are no labels identifying the bucket contents, so I'm trusting VFS to have shipped me everything correctly unless I want to open and sort through 24 buckets worth of contents (and I really don't). Given that we are using this purchase as a foundation for food storage we haven't opened any buckets or packages to sample the wares. My daughter, however, speaks very highly of the product and her opinion squares with the online reviews that all speak highly of VFS. Looking forward to a continued relationship.
