Awesome all around from the product itself, to Kelsey’s first class cusromer service! Highly recommend Rapid Radios for a lifetime of instant and backup communication!

I love my radios and can’t wait to give them to my family members so we can keep In touch much better in certain circumstances.

The radios themselves are GREAT !!!! We have used then coast to coast. The charger though, SUCKS …… it will not charge our radios. It seems the radios are to small for the charging cradle. Very disappointed in the charger.
