As someone who has sworn off finger picks due to discomfort and general weirdness, these truly have been a game changer. Much more natural feeling and something I feel like I can use regularly.

Pick gets hung up way too easily

Comfortable, balanced picking for acoustic guitar.

I use this for acoustic guitar along with Deering fingertone fingerpicks. I tried this as an alternative to a nickel thumb pick I had within a set of nickel fingerpicks. That tended to make the bass strings too loud and was not designed for upstrokes. This solves both of those issues. The metal wrap can be manipulated to fit securely where you want it, and I found that filing the plastic pick worked well to give it a length and shape suited to my playing. I like the small size of the plastic pick - it doesn't take much to get a bright attack and still feels nearly like playing with the thumb itself. Another fun application I didn't anticipate is using it with electric bass. I'll play primarily with the fingers, but every once in awhile make an easy switch to a picked tone.
